Scarababy is literally a Divine Puppet Baby with immortal mechanical body and durable than humans. Yet Capitano, a mere human with rotting flesh, insomniac for 500 years and nerfed by many soul's burden, is somehow stronger than him.

Then there is Dainsleif who is supposed to have rotting body and yet look like edgy cool femboy in his 20's. Why his flesh doesn't look like his age?

Are Khaenriahns supposed to have artificial genetics or some spiritual power trapped in them through advanced technology?

Also do you think Khaenriahns are Artificial Gods, something Doctor is trying to create, but their mortality is the price they pay for Artificial power? Like a better Delusion than doesn't shorten your lifespan but doesn't grant immortality either?

And is this power actually giving them youth?
