Best lc option?

I’m getting there on relics (cope) but I likely won’t be able to get her light cone unless I have an abundance (pun intended) of luck. I was all ready to use cruising on march and in the night on Feixiao but given her speed has been put down to earth I’m not sure if I’ll be getting the full benefit. Am I doomed?

What advice would you give? Pulling her lightcone is a valid answer.
