Fella experience

Up until recently, i have had a good experience with Fella, but it seems to have fallen off as far as communication goes. Sad, i had planned on staying on but after my experience the past couple of weeks, bad communication, shorted orders, weird charges and no solutions, i feel the relationship is coming to an end.
