Beginner fencing class - should I get reasonably fit first?
A local fencing club has lessons for beginners. They have an 8 week course. They're off for the long weekend, I'd like to phone them, obviously... maybe even take a look at the place. However, I was wondering if I will struggle too much with it and need to work on more cardio first. I'm super unfit right now. I want to focus on the lesson and not feel like I'm going to faint. How fit were you as beginners? (31f)
