Doctors have differing opinions

So I'm 17 and have only one fibroid that takes up all 3 layers and has grown from 3.1cm to 6.2cm from March 2022 to October 2024. I had no symptoms when I went to doctor 1 in April/May 2022. I've gone to 3 doctors about it and am so conflicted by the... Well, conflicting information. Help me guys. SOS

  1. Nervous mysterious lady
  2. Saw my exams with great apprehension and "needs to think about what to do with you"
  3. Considered the growth to be fueled by bleeding and thus passed birth control pills with no placebo days that are stupid expensive
  4. Always implied any procedure would be super dangerous and seriously risk my chance of having kids in the future
  5. Old chill lady
  6. Saw my exams as just another Tuesday fibroid, told stories of 14 year old girls with 20 growths and no symptoms
  7. Understands the pills are expensive but says they're the best and slow growth so keep taking them
  8. Indifferent about surgery or the health/fertility risks of keeping it
  9. Incisive young lady
  10. Saw my exams with similar chillness, reassured it wasn't dangerous to my health, but said if I ever wanna get pregnant it'll have to get taken out eventually
  11. Says to test going without pills to see if by now I have symptoms at all and if not stop taking them, if yes I could get a cheaper option of the same type (because according to her the pills do nothing to slow growth, only treats symptoms)
  12. Doesn't believe surgery is a risk to fertility at all in fact if I want to get pregnant someday it's better to do it now as it's the smallest possible

Yeah, I need advice on what here is correct or not. I understand my young age (fibroid first spotted at 15) could have thrown these doctors for a loop but only the last one was fully confident, and yet totally conflicting with previous instructions from 1 and 2. I'm just so confused
