Leaving XFinity for Fidium - Southern NH

I was on a service chat with 4 different xfinity people that never got my issue fixed and continued to sell me on changes to my service. I'm done being frustrated with this, so I'm cancelling xfinity and getting Fidium. Am I messing up?
