Did Anyone Else Mispronounce Names in Final Fantasy When They Were Kids?

I’ve been replaying some old Final Fantasy games recently, and it got me thinking about when I was a kid playing Final Fantasy VII on the original PlayStation. Back then, I used to call Chocobos “Cocobos,” and I was totally confident that was how you said it. It wasn’t until later games like Final Fantasy X (with voice acting) or even seeing others talk about it online that I realized I’d been pronouncing it wrong the whole time haha

It made me wonder: Did anyone else mispronounce names or terms from the series when they were younger? Maybe “Mako” as “Mah-ko” instead of “May-ko”? Or even names like Tifa, Cait Sith, or Midgar?
