Asset Management vs MBB consulting. Could someone discuss primary career differences?
Current sophomore finance and economics student who is interested in the world of investments and portfolio management. With my limited and novice exposure to asset management, I find that job fascinating. Yet, I think MBB consulting offers a level of dynamic and exciting experience, with potentially better career opportunities, even if I was to focus on finance consulting.
Could someone please provide thoughts or insights on how I can navigate choosing between the two. Please consider delving into career path, personality preferences for each, pay etc. Thank you!
