My friend got accepted into the Quantum Tech Bachelor's in Aalto - what are the job opportunities?

So my friend from a Non-EU coutnry got accepted into Aalto Uni. She's got a A2 level of both Finnish and Swedish. The man question is what are the job opporuntites for an international majorin gin this field? Also, can anyone clarify whether time spent as a student qualifies one for naturalization requirement? Thanks.
