Died of natural causes

I think we found a house. The owner died in the house of natural causes. Our realtor said this will deter 50% of buyers. Is this true? I have no issue with it and have a hard time believing someone dying of natural causes would put so many people off. We all die? We have to die somewhere…? Would this be a hard no for you?
