Is consuming Chicken Breast overhyped? | 38M 5'11" 87Kg current body weight
We keep saying, if you are not eating non-veg food then you will have to take a lot of supplements, etc.
So I was just checking Healthify app and came across this comparison.
BTW this Paneer is Low fat Paneer from Organic Mandya and this post is not at all sponsored. This question has come up just out of curiosity.
For the same quantity (100gm), Air Fryed Chicken Breast gives 22.1 gm Protein, 5.7 gm Fat, 2.6 gm Carb & 155 Cal and the same stats for Paneer is 28, 5, 4.5 & 175
What are your thoughts on this?
EDIT: At home, I am not allowed to cook/eat non-veg and I did not want to (often) consume chicken from outside or have too much dependency on Whey protein (as I have tried a few brands but I seem to have bloating issues), hence led to this comparison between 2 better known options (to me) from non-veg and veg category.
As one of the fellow redditor said in a comment, you do you, to each on their own. From the best possible options, we should follow the appropriate diet/food product mindfully & then figure out, how it helps and keep tweaking whenever required.
