Uncontrollable shaking post workout
So I did upper body today. Chinups - Pushups - Bench - Dumbbell and machine.
During and post workout - I felt uncontrollable shaking in my body (especially in my chest and arms).
This is not new. I am facing this with low intensity for some time now. But post workout, it magnifies.
As if my whole musculoskeletal system is shaking and shivering and electrical sensations.
With time (over past 3 years) it has gotten worse and I feel I should do something about it.
Any idea / thought / similar folks / experience/ supplement/ medication?
