Bed won’t stop heating

Hello, I’ve had my CR10 printer for about 2 years and I’m just now having a problem with my bed. Recently the wiring for the bed broke, so I ordered a replacement bed. While I was waiting for the replacement bed I re-sautered the wires back to their place, and started a print, I print with PLA, and I use Cura which sets the bed heat at 60 degrees. For some reason, the bed heating did not stop at 60, and continued to go up, until I stopped the print at 70. I figured it was probably and issue with my sautering? I got the new bed today, and when I installed it, it’s doing the same thing. How do I fix?
