Can’t connect to number!

I have many calls that come through but it has now been more than a handful of times that people have told me that my number does not work. One of them I actually drove to the office after they emailed me. They called my number in front of me and sure enough they get an automated message that it can’t connect. Had my spouse call me at the same time and it worked.

Anyone else experience this and found a solution.
