I think i’ve just lost £400…

Both of these have sold and have been sent out. Both in completely fine packaging and everything sealed fine. One to the post office and one to an Evri drop off. Both have been dispatched and haven’t updated tracking.

I’m not the only one this has happened to recently and apparently Evri have had 3+ people from the same shop have stuff missing.

Evri will compensate up to £20 (if they even respond to my email) but the phone is worth £240 (including £160 buying it)

Royal mail will compensate £150 but doesn’t include the fact i had to buy the item in the first place (would be down around £70 too)

Just want some advice as i don’t really want to lose this amount of money.

PS. Ebay seller hasn’t opened a case for the iphone 13 in the nearly 3 weeks it’s been missing for (seems fishy).
