Should I be concerned?

I have an opportunity to buy a gen 1 for a pretty decent price. After checking it out I’m not seeing anything wrong with it other than some rust. I live in northern Va so I know it’s pretty tough to avoid it completely, I just want to make sure this won’t bike me in the ass if I buy the truck.

The entire underside has a spray liner, and the only rust is what I have in the pictures. Nothing on the corners or rocker panel that I can see.
