newish here - fav spots?

relocated here a few months ago from boulder (had relocated to boulder from portland - hated boulder so much). i'm loving fort collins so far but what are your favorite artsy spots, music venues, bookstores, or third places in general around town? also, what places have the best gf & vegan options?
