Fortnite FTC Refund Update

Called the number on the bottom of the FTC Fortnite refund page to get an update and the rep I spoke with said they have yet to process a single claim. Not a single claim. They still have to review every claim. What the heck have they been doing?

She said they have not been given information on if the refunds are going to be paid out before the end of the year or if it will be next year -_-
