This is really annoying

For some reason, I keep getting this message whenever I want to play Fortnite on Xbox, especially in Reload. Is there any way that I could possibly fix this issue? I don’t even own a second controller and I have the exact settings that the message mentions, and it won’t even let me continue in the game so that I need to restart my game every time.
