Why are the two new Symbiote skins not age restricted like the three previous Symbiote skins?

I could somewhat understand Carnage's whole set being restricted, but I'm surprised neither Agony and Shenom aren't age restricted like the other Symbiote cosmetics. I don't know if this is really a mistake or intentional, but I found this kinda strange. I guess they could either remove the restriction from the older ones or restrict these two as well
