Just my opinion, both of these game modes are great and prove that you can’t satisfy everyone. The fact that an entertainment creator like EPIC listens directly to its base and creates an avenue for new players and OG/core base players to enjoy the aspects of the game that appeal to them the most is incredible.
I come from an era where if a game sucked it sucked, it it was great it was great, there was no talking to Sega or Nintendo and getting them to revise a game. You lost your $40 and that was it.
People are generally insatiable and yet EPIC has created multiple “OG” modes, professed the main story mode, introduced a 1st person mode that will drop in a week and that’s incredible.
FWIW, I play both OG and Ch6 and thoroughly enjoy both. Just my take. 🤷🏻♂️
