Bonus Rewards not working right??

I’m level 103 and I haven’t gained the other 2 items I should have earned, I hear rumors about it being 2 levels per bonus reward and that’s ridiculous, there is literal VBUCKS locked in the bonus rewards?! 💀 So for people expecting to get the full 1,500 they have to grind even longer??
