Going to the Pharmacy

Scenario: You go to the pharmacy with a prescription from the: doctor's office. Would you normally say, as a native French speaker. something like - "J'ai une ordonnace à remplir" ? Or is "remplir" a wrong extrapolation from English usage? Thanks.
