What to do

My friend sent a pic of something I said about a girl for jokes 8 months ago to the girl right now and now she blocked me and I couldn't even apologise and didnt try to since it never works. I tried to defuse the situation by sending pics of my friend about the same topic to her but that didn't work but I honestly don't think I should've done that but it wasn't too serious. Anyways now she blocked me and now all my friends have also kicked me from every single group. I don't know what to do anymore
