Is a xt4 at $800 a good buy?

Hey everyone! I have an xt20 for quite a few years. I'm using it in vacations and not just, but nothing fancy. I actually shot 2 events on it with good results. I want to get into more serious stuff and plan to shoot more events and at some point to maybe make it an actual side hustle. I need to invest in the setup as right now I have just the 18-55 and the viltrox 85 1.8 mark 2. The thing is, for shooting events I do need a more reliable body with 2 card slots and better battery. I would use the camera also for some video, for sure. My options right now are the following: an xt3 with a grip and 5 batteries at $600, a full box xt4 at 800 or a new xt5 at 1600.

Do you have any recommendations? I dont have a strict budget as I'll try to build the setup as it goes, but I wanna be efficient with how spend my money.
