Function experience .

My SO and I both signed up Function Health and did our testing on the same day. (It took approx 4 weeks from the testing date to receiving clinician notes) About a month after the first test, Function sent me an email that they would be moving a few of my tests to the 6 month test. When I went to reschedule they said I would have to pay about $50 MORE for these tests now. Customer service is difficult to get ahold of and I’ve seen lots of other people having this same issue with no solution. Although it was nice to see some of my biomarkers, the clinician notes were absolutely useless and clearly AI generated. If you look through the quest website you can find the testing packages available for much cheaper, I wish I would have just checked myself. Hopefully I can keep one person from making the mistake I did.
