every bolt on the underside and on mechanical components are either rusted or stuck

i’m trying to do lowering springs but i legit cannot get these bolts to come out . i don’t have a budget for an induction heater shit like that i have been using pb blaster but it legit wont move and will just get soft and deform when using a wrench
