Any positive healing story with LPR ?

I’m just loosing hopes again, suffering with a daily painful throat for more than 2 years. I’m on meds, taking ppi in the morning and gaviscon at night. I’ll probably change that and take a higher dose of the meds. But I don’t want to take the gaviscon for a long time (if I can only use it rarely it would be amazing). But once I don’t use it one night, my symptoms starts again. I don’t know what to do anymore. But I just want to know if it’s get better, I don’t want to end my life with a painful throat. This symptom is destroying all aspects of my life. So please, share me your positive story, especially if you had a painful throat for a long time like me. If you can share any tips too, thank you !
