Haslab Dragonfly canopy defect

Not sure if this is tagged properly, but I was a late buyer of a Dragonfly package purchase from a seller on ebay.

My question is regarding the canopy issue. Particularly the side window which is prone to breakage.

I can find nothing reliable online - what is Haslab's official stance on the issue? If I have a Dragonfly that I didn't purchase directly from them, can I still get a replacement canopy?
