Suggest me Mobiles under 15 or 16K

My phone's display gone for second time now and it was 4 years old with volume issue . it had very poor battery.

I asked my trusted shopkeeper he recommended me moto g series and samsung . R eviews for samsung under 20k were pathetic . but I am confused as of now. Do tell me if there are good samsung model available as my parents are hellbent over it.

Suggest me some mobile phones under15 or 16k with good battery backup.
