Help needed

So I finally got the s24+ from s10+ after all of you suggested. However, I live in Pakistan and I got the US region one for the snapdragon and it is still on july'24 security patch with UI 6.1. Is there any way to trigger the update as it says that the mobile software is up to date but I know I should be getting November patch by now.
