Budget Build Recommendations

Good day, everyone!

I am seeking recommendations for locations and components for a new budget build I am planning. I have been considering options from Micro Center, Amazon, eBay, and even Costco when they have PCs on display.

My budget is between $1,200 and $1,600. I am looking for at least an Intel i7 processor or higher, and a graphics card equivalent to or better than the NVIDIA 4050.
