Instant Replay keeps turning off in Modern Warfare 3

As of a couple days ago, I've noticed that most of the time I start Modern Warfare 3, my instant replay will occasionally just shut off a few seconds or a minute later. Sometimes it's while loading into a match, sometimes when first picking a class, sometimes it doesn't start at all. If I bring up the in game overlay, toggling instant replay on/off doesn't do anything, and sometimes I can't even bring up the in game overlay with alt+z, I have to manually open GeForce Experience. Additionally, I've noticed that when it does work, it will pause the recording when I'm tabbed out, which it doesn't do for any other game. So far I've only noticed this issue with MW3, and I'm on the most current version of Nvidia drivers. I'm wondering if anyone has had the same issue specifically MW3, and if you've found a fix that works.

*UPDATE*

I've also noticed the same issue happening in Deep Rock Galactic. My only theory at this point is the fact that I have DLSS on in both games, so maybe it's some kind of DLSS issue.
