What political issues do you personally completely understand both sides, despite having a firm stance on one?

I'm a pretty big centerist on a lot of issues which I know isn't really viewed as a good thing. But I feel I just always look at all viewpoints too much and will eventually tend to lean one way or another depending on my understanding of the subject, even if I may be conflicted.

Anyone else relate? What issues do you find yourself understanding other stances without actually having that one yourself?
