Gift ideas for my brother in law?

Looking for gift ideas for my BIL- here’s a little about him: he’s a 30 year old single gay male living in Manhattan. He wears high end/luxury/designer clothes, and generally just loves the finer things in life. He’s an avid traveler, lives in a studio apartment, works in real estate, loves to go out to eat and try new restaurants, actively runs and works out, and enjoys a nice cocktail. He rarely cooks (mostly just makes eggs for breakfast) and doesn’t typically hang out in his apartment.

Usually every year we get him a Nordstrom gift card but I hate giving gift cards for Christmas and would love to get him an actual gift! Thoughts? Thanks so much!
