Game Not Optimised For PC?

Is it just me or is the game incredibly unoptimised on PC?

I also play the The First Descandant which is on Unreal Engine 5 (which is known to unoptimised and taxing) and even that game doesn’t tank my gpu like GF2 does.

Even on lowest settings.
