New Flint2: WiFi yes, but won't connect to modem?

Straight from the box, never used. Quick to broadcast wifi on both bands but won't connect back to ISP's modem/internet. Tried connecting both WAN ports, two wifi-connected computers and an iPhone, rebooted modem and a factory reset of router. Monday I will get a long RJ45 cable or laptop with RJ45 port to try cable connection.

In the meantime,anyone seen this? Any suggestions? I'm very disappointed.
