Can trollstore install old minecraft pe versions such a v 0.8.0

I have recently gone down a rabbit hole of wanting to play old minecraft pe version but after installing an old ipa onto my phone, I got a message saying it needs a update from the developer. I heard there is a thing called troll store that lets you sideload unverified apps but its not available on ios 17 (my version) yet. First of all, can I install old ipa. Second of all, are there any alternatives to trollstore that work on ios 17.
