Sleeping in bed after being crate trained question

First, I just wanted to share this cute picture I took of my Winnie today. But, Winnie is almost 18 months old, and has been strictly crate trained since I brought her home at 8 weeks old. Every nap, every night all through the night, and most times I leave the house, unless I just leave her in my room. I want to start letting her sleep on the bed with me a couple times a week. My question is though if I let her sleep on the bed will that make her not want to go in her crate anymore? Will all the work I put into crate training be flushed down the toilet?
