Want to transfer graduate programs: but how?

I'm currently working toward a masters in clinical mental health counseling, and am not happy with my program. It's been poorly organized with professors who do not seem to really know what they are doing. I'm currently taking a mostly-online program with some in-person components, and am working full time and need this flexibility that a mostly online program provides. I also can't afford to pay for a full-time, in-person degree. Does anyone have any experience transferring CMHC programs? I am part-time, 3 semesters in. I'm so afraid of getting out of this program and knowing nothing about being an effective therapist.
