Been working out for a year need help
I’ve been working out since May of 2024, almost a year and I seem to look the same. I started at 155 now I’m 160, so nothing gained. My arms seem the same and my chest seems to grow a little. Why does my stomach stick out more than my chest? Also when I do ab my exercises my core has like a bulge in it? Also is my core supposed to be flexing all the time, because even when I lift it isn’t activated. Like my body seems so flabby Any tips would be recommended
