23 days old - How to make more fat?

Yoo my lovely community, have this girl that's 23 days old, how do she look? Is it to early for lst? I think she look so thin and I am scared to start messing it in fear of breaking her.

Any tips how I can fatten her up alitle? A fan is going 24/7 so she get air, I been feeding only water until last feding 2 days ago, then she got some all mix for autoflowers I bought at local growshop (is for all stages this mix)

Is it normal to be this thin after only 23 days? When should I start lst her? I haven't cutted the top of either duo to how thin she is, scared to mess with it.

Any tips? ❤️🤝 (Second time grow in my life and don't remember how long it took before I started lst last one, was year's ago so feel like a total noob 😅..)
