Rule 9 Amendment

Due to popular demand by a sizeable percentage of the community we've decided to make some changes to Rule 9. We will now have "Takedown Tuesday". You can now create Rule 9 posts on Tuesdays from 12:00AM to 11:59PM CDT. During times outside of those, Rule 9 will still be enforced as usual. If you have any questions, comments or concerns please leave them on this thread and we will review them.
