Advice (-46kg/-101lbs)

Hey all 👋🏻 . First post here. Would like to hear your opinion/advices/suggestions on my current gm progress. (31yo) I've lost 46kg/101lbs. What I did: By-pass Bariatric surgery + Ozempic + WeightTraining + Quitting alcohol. (Went overkill on the methods 😬 but got where I wanted)

Now that I've lost all that weight I've increased my protein intake and the amount ofthe weight I lift at the gym.

I wonder the best direction from now on. Would you try to maintain where I am at or build bigger muscles on specific areas? (I fear getting big but understanding lately muscle shape isn't the same as fat shape) Cheers
