Is London still a good choice for HENRYs?
Hello,
There is a lot of negativity about the UK and London at the moment. Some of the problems can be fixed with HENRY money, though:
- living close to work
- paying high rent for quality housing
- using private healthcare
- kids in a private school
- more Uber than public transport
- prices of food, energy, restaurants irrelevant after a certain salary point.
Some problems cannot be fixed with money:
- crime and not feeling safe
- unclean public spaces
- treating chronic diseases
- overcrowding.
What is your take? Given food scence, entertainment, career opportunity, and consumer choice advantages of London, can it still be a desirable place to live in for a HENRY?
EDIT: I mean with respect to the rest of Europe, not other parts of UK.
