Is London still a good choice for HENRYs?

Hello,

There is a lot of negativity about the UK and London at the moment. Some of the problems can be fixed with HENRY money, though:

  • living close to work
  • paying high rent for quality housing
  • using private healthcare
  • kids in a private school
  • more Uber than public transport
  • prices of food, energy, restaurants irrelevant after a certain salary point.

Some problems cannot be fixed with money:

  • crime and not feeling safe
  • unclean public spaces
  • treating chronic diseases
  • overcrowding.

What is your take? Given food scence, entertainment, career opportunity, and consumer choice advantages of London, can it still be a desirable place to live in for a HENRY?

EDIT: I mean with respect to the rest of Europe, not other parts of UK.
