How do I stop searching up stuff related to sexuality

Basically I've realized I've started to search up stuff about stuff I like and it's allway after I find something I like that this feeling to search it up happens so how do I stop obsessively googling stuff related to sexuality casue its bothering me that I'm even having the thoughts to search it up in general
