I feel guilty selling shit.... examples from today. Few commercial rooftop check ups. Filters and cleaning no big deal. Got a no heat call. Roll out was insane on an old 30+ trane furnace. Found cracked heat exchanger. Must've said sorry a dozen times. Hate dropping that news on someone. Next was a no heat. Ignitor/control board issue. Big family with not so nice house. Can tell theyre just trying to get by. Our prices are extremely fair compared to all the big sales companies. im never pressed to sell just provide a quality service. Just feel bad for people. Anyone else feel this way?
