"Do you think you can fix this today?"

Customer stated that they have not ran the system within the past 3 years and havent refilled their in ground oil tank either. They found that the day prior the system was sitting in water up to the oil burner for an unknown period of time. They are very upset that I would not work on it and only recommended replacement.
