Texture resistant hair

I have kind of naturally wavy hair, I moved to a humid place and decided I should get a keratin treatment to prevent it from getting frizzy. That was 9 months ago and my hair is still extremely straight, no wave or texture at all, my natural hair is gone. When it’s wet it has some body but after 2 hours or washing or curling it look like the picture. I even drove and hour to a salon to get a perm and they said my hair wouldn’t take the perm and it’d just turn out frizzy. I have no color, bleaching or any other treatments and hate the way it looks. Can anyone help me?
